Terms & Conditions

1. Commercial Agreements

By engaging Amber Design Company for manufacturing, custom apparel, or corporate gifting services, the client agrees to these standard commercial terms unless a superseding Master Service Agreement (MSA) is executed between both parties.

2. Payment Terms

Standard custom manufacturing requires an advance deposit to initiate production. No goods will be dispatched globally or domestically until 100% full payment is received and cleared. For all Express Fulfillment and ready-to-ship inventory orders, 100% payment is required in advance.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

Standard white-label custom manufacturing carries a strict MOQ of 500 units per style/color. Express Fulfillment inventory MOQs are flexible and begin at 5 units. Final MOQs will be strictly enforced as outlined in the client's formal invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

The client retains all intellectual property rights to their respective brand logos, trademarks, and specific tech pack designs submitted for manufacturing. Amber Design Company retains the rights to our proprietary patterns, manufacturing techniques, and internal supply chain logistics.
